We are located at 214, Palsikar Colony. This is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main industrial hubs, as it’s more of a residential colony. Our office and workshop are integrated into the neighborhood, so we try to keep things respectful for the people living nearby. It’s a small operation at Dynamech. We mostly handle engineering projects that require a bit of precision. The office is just a couple of rooms with some old computers and plenty of notebooks. We usually have a lot of tea while discussing how to solve a particular design problem. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We know our neighbors and we’ve been here for a good while now. The trees in the colony provide a bit of shade, which is nice during the Indore summers. Sometimes it’s hard to find us if you’re not looking for the house number, but we like it that way. It keeps things calm. Our team is small, just a few people who have been working together for years. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to get done by the end of the week. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with other businesses. It’s a quiet, steady way to work, and the colony setting makes it feel more like a community than just a job.
