Dr.Tripathi'S Clinic

Dr.Tripathi'S Clinic is situated on the first floor of Banshi Plaza, which is right by the Hukumchand Ghantaghar Square on M. G. Road. It is a very crowded part of the city with lots of shops and people walking around at all hours. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs of the plaza. The building itself shows its age a bit, but we try to keep our space tidy. The waiting room is not very large, so on busy days, it can feel a little cramped with people standing near the door. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving because the afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard. From the window, you can see the clock tower and all the rickshaws buzzing around the square below. The floors are tiled and we mop them twice a day to get rid of the street grime. Our reception desk is just a simple table with a ledger and some pens. There are no fancy decorations, just some old calendars on the wall and a small shelf for medical books. Most of the people who visit us live in the surrounding neighborhoods or work in the nearby markets. We spend our day mostly answering the phone and filing away patient cards in the metal cabinets. It is a noisy area, but once you are inside the clinic, things are a bit quieter for the checkups.
