Dreams Now Properties Private Limited is basically just us working out of 117/O/711 in Geeta Nagar. We’ve been around here for some time now, and the office is nothing fancy, just a place where we keep our papers and meet people who are looking for a place to stay or sell. It gets a bit busy on the weekends when folks have time off, but that’s how it goes in this part of town. We mostly know everyone around the neighborhood by now. Geeta Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with new buildings popping up every other month. It’s hard to keep track sometimes. We spend a lot of our day just walking around or talking to neighbors about what’s happening with the local plots. Some days are slow, and we just sit with a cup of tea waiting for the phone to ring. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see in the city. Most people find us because they saw the sign outside or someone told them to stop by our desk. It’s a simple setup. We try to keep things straightforward because property stuff can get really confusing with all the paperwork and local rules. We just handle the daily grind of real estate here. It's not a big corporate thing, just a local office trying to make sense of the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside. That’s just life here.
