Draw & Build Consultancy

Our office for Draw & Build Consultancy is located in Sector A, Slice-4 of Scheme No 78 in Indore. Specifically, we are at House No 91, which is quite close to Aasha Deep Hospital. Being in Vijay Nagar means there is always something going on around us. We are a small consultancy, and we handle the practical side of drawing up building plans and getting things ready for construction. Our space is more like a workshop than a corporate office. There are blueprints everywhere and the smell of ink is pretty much constant. We aren't the type to wear suits or give big speeches. Most of the time, we are just in our shirtsleeves trying to figure out a tricky measurement or talking to someone about their site. It can get a bit loud with the traffic near the hospital, but we don't mind it much. We’ve been in this part of Indore for a while and we know the streets pretty well. If you come by, you’ll probably see us hunched over a table or arguing about a structural detail. It’s just how we work. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We’re just local folks who know how to put a building together on paper and make sure it works in real life. It’s a lot of responsibility, so we take the work seriously even if we keep the atmosphere relaxed and informal. That's just how we do things every single day.
