Digital Networks

Our office is in the Panchratan building, specifically at 407M in Block-A. We are situated at 23/2 Manorama Ganj, right behind Sangi Motors. If you know Indore, you know this area is quite active. We spend our days dealing with digital networks. It is a lot of troubleshooting and making sure everything is linked up correctly. The office is a bit of a maze with all the cabinets and servers we keep here. It isn't a showroom; it’s a place where work actually happens. We have some old desks and a few computers that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don’t really have a front desk or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the other businesses in Panchratan pretty well. Sometimes we go out for a break behind the building near the motor shops. It’s a practical environment. We don’t spend time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just take the calls, fix the network issues, and manage the data. It gets busy, especially when a system goes down somewhere else and everyone is calling at once. We just keep our heads down and work through it until it's sorted. That's life at Digital Networks every day.
