We are set up at 10-11 Abir Vihar Colony, which is just off A.B. Road near the Gamle Wali Puliya in Indore. It’s a decent sized space because we have a lot of records to keep. Being in Indore, things move a bit faster, but we try to keep our office feeling calm. We handle the usual Nidhi business here. People come in to join the group so they can start savings. We also look at loan requests for our members. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers on screens and in paper files. It’s a lot of routine. The Gamle Wali Puliya is a good reference point for people trying to find us. We’ve been here for a bit and have gotten to know the shopkeepers nearby. The office has a few fans going and some old wooden furniture. It’s not a luxury setup but it works. We deal with regular people like workers, small business owners, and families. Everyone is just trying to manage their money a bit better. We don't do any big advertising. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We just make sure the ledger balances at the end of the day. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until evening. We might have some tea and snacks while we work through the pile of applications on the desk. It is just a normal day for us here at the office.
