Devkirana General & Kirana Store

You can find Devkirana General & Kirana Store on Street No 54 in Vijay Nagar. We are right in front of Arihant School in Indore, which means it gets very loud and lively when the kids are coming or going. Being in the 452010 area is good because it is a nice residential neighborhood. The store is filled with snacks, notebooks, and all the usual kirana items that families need. I spend a lot of time making sure we have enough small change because of all the students buying little things. The shop is a bit small, so things are stacked pretty high. I have to use a ladder sometimes to get stuff down for people. Indore summers are quite hot, so I try to keep the drinks cool for whoever comes in. We have been here for some time now and the school staff often stops by too. It is a simple life of managing stock and talking to neighbors. I don't use any fancy computer systems, just my notebook and a pen to keep track of what we need to buy next. Sometimes I get the orders a bit mixed up, but I fix it quickly. It is just a local store where we know many of the parents and children by their names. Street No 54 is our home and we just keep doing what we do daily.
