Crystal Lithotripsy

You’ll find us in the Morya Arcade over in Old Palasia. It’s unit 307 on the third floor. The arcade has been there for years, and the elevator can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often see people taking the stairs if they’re in a hurry. Our space is mostly dedicated to the lithotripsy machine, which is a big piece of equipment for handling kidney stones. It takes up a lot of the main room. We spend a lot of time explaining how the machine works to people who are a bit nervous about the whole thing. The office isn't very big, so we have to keep things organized. There are piles of paperwork and folders tucked away in the cabinets. We sit at the front desk and answer the phone when it rings, usually someone asking about the procedure or how long it will take. Old Palasia is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache for everyone. We have a small area where patients can sit after they’re done. Usually, it’s just the hum of the machine and the sound of the traffic coming up from the street below. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some basic instructions and maybe a calendar. It’s a straightforward medical office where we focus on the task at hand and try to make the day go smoothly.
