Citizen Bag Works

We are located at 1 Prince Yeshwant Road, right by the Macchi Bazar crossroads near Rajwada. This part of town is always buzzing with people and the smell of the market nearby. Our shop is full of sewing machines and rolls of fabric and zippers of all colors. There is a constant humming sound from the motors as we stitch bags together all day long. It is a busy place, and we often have stacks of finished bags waiting to be picked up. We focus on making things that hold up well, using thick threads and strong needles. The space is a bit tight because we have so much material stored here in every corner. Sometimes it is hard to move around without bumping into a sewing table or a pile of canvas. Being near Rajwada means we see all kinds of people passing through the bazar. We spend a lot of time just cutting patterns out of large sheets of material on the floor. It is a lot of repetitive motion, but you get used to it after a few years. When the sun goes down, the bazar gets even louder, but we usually keep working until the last order is finished. We don’t have a fancy showroom, just the place where the work gets done. It is a practical shop for people who need something sturdy for their things.
