Ira Feed Industries

Down here at A-103 Avasa Society, things stay pretty busy with Ira Feed Industries. We are right near Choithram Circle, so there’s always traffic and noise from the road, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our time dealing with feed. It's dusty work and can be quite heavy on the back. We started small and just kept going because people kept asking for what we make. The society is a decent place to work from, even if it gets a bit cramped when a big delivery arrives. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It's just making feed and getting it out to the farms and shops that need it. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the morning fixing a belt or cleaning out a bin. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the bags are full and the quality is what it should be. The guys in the back have been here for years and they know the mixtures by heart. You can usually find someone at the desk handling the phone calls while the rest of us are out on the floor. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us going every day near the circle. We don't have a fancy office or any of that. Just bags of feed and people working.
