Our office is in Shop No 116/118 inside D M Tower. We are located at 21/1 Race Course Road here in Indore. It is a solid building and very easy to spot from the road. We have a couple of units combined to give us enough room for our desks and all the travel brochures we keep. Race Course Road is a good area to be in, fairly central and easy for people to reach from different parts of the city. We have been running Charvi Tours & Travels from here for a good while. It is a small team, just a few of us who know how to handle the bookings and the paperwork properly. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on the screen. Some days are very busy, especially when the holiday season is coming up and everyone is in a hurry. Other days we just sit and chat while waiting for the next person to walk in. We try to keep things relaxed around here. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We just want to help people figure out their travel without making it a big deal. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon break.
