Ashok Neel Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. is located right at No. 2 A Scheme No. 71 Ring Road in Chandan Nagar. Being on the Ring Road means there’s a lot of traffic passing by all the time. Our building is pretty easy to spot once you’re in the area. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of machinery and people working on different parts. We manufacture various items here, and the floor stays quite busy from morning until evening. It’s not the cleanest environment, but that’s manufacturing for you. We have a solid team of people who have been with us for years. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy offices. Most of the space is taken up by the production line and storage. We deal with a lot of logistics, making sure materials come in and finished goods go out on time. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the machines. Chandan Nagar is a good industrial hub for us. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for orders. Most of the day is spent on our feet. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just make things and send them where they need to go. That’s the reality of our daily life here. We usually take a break for lunch together in the small back room.
