C K Associates Realty Llp

We are located at Commercial House, units 3 and 4, in the Jaora Compound. It’s right off M.Y.H. Road, which is a busy stretch of town. C K Associates Realty Llp has been in this building for a while now. The building itself has that old commercial feel to it, with heavy doors and hallways that have seen a lot of feet over the years. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our desks and all the property records. It’s not very modern, but it does the job for us. Most days, we are just here shuffling papers or waiting for clients to show up for meetings. The tea stall nearby is where we get our morning fix, and we usually end up talking shop with the other people from the compound. It’s a tight-knit place. We handle mostly local real estate stuff, trying to figure out who is moving where and what the prices are doing this week. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We don't have any fancy signs or bright lights. Just our name on the door and some chairs for people to sit on while we talk about their plans. It’s a practical way to run a business and we have been doing it this way for quite some time. The walls are a bit dusty but the files are all there.
