Our office is tucked away in Shan Tower on R N T Road, right here in the 452001 zip code of Indore. We are situated directly opposite the Shreemaya Hotel, which is a pretty well-known spot for most people in town. Even though the name of the company sounds very high-tech and modern, the reality is just a bunch of us sitting at desks with computers in a regular office building. R N T Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic, especially in the evenings, but it's a great place to be if you're in the business of bus tickets. People are always coming and going in this part of the city. We spend our hours looking at screens and talking to bus operators and customers who are trying to get from one place to another. The office isn't fancy—just some chairs, a few printers that act up occasionally, and plenty of pens that seem to go missing. We don't bother with polished speeches or corporate mission statements. We are just here to help people book their seats without too much trouble. It’s a straightforward job and we like the routine of it. Most of the time, we’re just focused on making sure the website is working and the bookings are going through.
