Blissgem Private Limited

Blissgem Private Limited is out at the Malwa County residential colony. We are on Plot Number 168 A, near the B Pass Road in Indore. Being in a residential area makes things a bit different than being in the city market. It’s a bit quieter out here, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on gems. The bypass road is close though, so you can always hear the trucks and cars going by in the distance. We have a simple office set up in the colony. It doesn't look like a typical shop you'd see on a main street. We spend our days sorting through different stones and making sure everything is counted right. The space is filled with small boxes and tools for looking at gems. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic like a mall would have, so it's mostly planned work. Indore is growing fast, and Malwa County is part of that growth. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is. We have a few desks and some good lighting for the work. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We enjoy the quiet pace of the colony compared to the hustle of the inner city. It works for us and what we do here. We just keep to our schedule and get the stones ready for wherever they need to go next. Each day is mostly just quiet work.
