Bhakti Vij Interior Designer

Bhakti Vij Interior Designer is based in Indore, right on Y N Road. The address is 20/16 Y N Road, which is near the Race Course Road area. It’s a nice part of town, very central and easy to get to. We’ve been working out of this space for quite a while now. It’s not a huge office, just a cozy room where we keep all our design books and samples. When you walk in, you’ll see heaps of magazines and sketches everywhere. We aren't very big on keeping things perfectly tidy because we’re always in the middle of a project. Designing interiors is something we really enjoy, mostly because every house is different. We work with local people in Indore who want to fix up their living rooms or kitchens. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people want. Sometimes we have to tell them something won't fit or a color might look weird, but we try to be helpful. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just like making rooms look better than they did when we started. The traffic on Y N Road can be a bit much in the evenings, but we like being in the heart of the city. It’s a straightforward business. We take on a few jobs at a time and give them our full attention until they’re finished. Sometimes the sketches get messy and we run out of ink, but we keep going until the work is actually done.
