The staff is just a few of us. We don't have a fancy storefront with bright lights. It’s just a regular door with our name on it. Working near the hospital means there’s a lot of traffic. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking. We just focus on getting the boxes ready. It’s a simple business. We don't do big advertisements. Most people drop in because they saw our sign. Being near Bombay Hospital means there’s a constant stream of ambulances. In our shop, we try to keep things orderly, but with so many boxes, it’s a struggle. Sometimes a stack falls over and we just start over. We don't use high-tech machinery; it’s mostly manual work. The shop has an old wooden counter that’s seen better days. We don't have a fancy catalog. We just show people what we’ve made recently. We drink a lot of tea and listen to the radio while we work.
