Bakersville Specialities Private Limited is our spot at Wa-143 over in Scheme No. 94, Sector-A. If you know where Bombay Hospital is on the Ring Road, we are right around there. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of cars and people moving toward the hospital all day long. The noise from the Ring Road is something we just got used to after a while. We spend most of our time inside the building, which is a regular commercial space. Inside, it's mostly about the ovens and the prep tables. We have to keep the temperature right so things turn out okay. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months. We move the trays from the back to the front and keep an eye on the timers. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. There are other businesses around us, so we see the same faces every day. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. The address is easy enough to find if you are looking for it. We just focus on the recipes and making sure the ingredients are fresh when they arrive in the morning. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the traffic on the Ring Road, which makes our day a bit longer. We just deal with it and keep the ovens running until the work is finished. It’s a long day.
