We are located in the Regal Center on Sapna Sangeeta Road. Our shop is actually UG 2 and 3, right near where the World of Titan is. It’s a busy area with a lot of foot traffic, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle a variety of items here. It’s mostly just a lot of inventory management and helping people find what they need when they walk in. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the shelves are stocked. It’s a bit of a family-run feel, even if it’s just a standard business. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. We just stay focused on our own daily tasks. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We open up in the morning, handle the customers, and close up when the day is done. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer, but we make do with fans. It’s a practical way to earn a living. Being near World of Titan means everyone knows where we are, even if they've never been inside. We get a lot of people asking for directions, which we don't mind. The Regal Center has its own quirks, like the elevator that sometimes has a mind of its own. We just take the stairs usually. It's good exercise for us.
