Asiatic Liberal Multifarious Association

We are located at 18/3 Pardeshipura in Indore, at what people around here call ALMA Bhawan. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street outside. The building itself has been here for a long time and it shows its age in a few places, but it is solid. We have a lot of different things going on at the Asiatic Liberal Multifarious Association. The name is a mouthful, so we just go by ALMA. Inside, the rooms are filled with stacks of papers and some old furniture that we’ve gathered over the years. It is not a polished office with glass partitions. We just have a few big rooms where everyone sits together. There is a tea stall just down the road where we get our morning chai, and that is usually the highlight of the start of the day. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just focus on the work that comes through the door. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are a lot of people visiting at once, but we manage to keep things moving. It is a practical place. We don't spend money on decorations because we would rather use it for the association's activities. It is a bit dusty and crowded, but it feels like a real workplace where people actually care about what they are doing.
