A.S Aluminium

We've been at Vikas Rekha Complex for a while now. A.S Aluminium is where we handle a lot of metal work. The shop isn't huge, but we keep busy. People from Khatiwala Tank know where to find us. We mostly deal with windows, frames, that sort of thing. It's dusty work, but someone has to do it. Usually, one of us is here from morning till evening. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other days it's quiet. We try to keep things organized but with all the scraps, it's hard. If you're walking past No. 2, you'll probably see us cutting something or loading a truck. We don't have a fancy office. It’s just a desk and some chairs. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some regulars come in just to chat before ordering. We don't mind. It's better than staring at the walls. We get our supplies delivered weekly. Dealing with aluminum means lots of measurements. If you're off by a millimeter, nothing fits right. That's the part that takes time. Most people want things done yesterday, but we just go at our own pace to make sure it's okay. Nothing special, just a local spot doing the work. Sometimes we forget to sweep up at the end of the day, but we get to it eventually. It's just a regular shop where we try to get things right and keep the neighbors happy with the work.
