Arya Filaments Pvt. Ltd. is located at 344, Vishnupuri Annex. It’s a relatively quiet area compared to the main roads, which we like. We spend most of our time working on specialized filament products. It’s a bit of a niche thing, but there is always a demand if you do it right. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Just a standard door and a small sign. Inside, though, we have our equipment set up just the way we need it. It took us a long time to get the layout right so we weren't tripping over each other. We have a few technicians who have been with us since the start. They know the machines better than the people who made them. We don’t go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just show up, look at what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. Sometimes the supplies arrive late and we have to shuffle our schedule around, which is annoying, but that’s life. We try to keep the place cool because the machines generate a lot of heat. If the fans stop, it gets uncomfortable fast. We just want to make sure the quality of the filaments stays consistent. If a batch is bad, we scrap it and start over. No use sending out junk. It’s a straightforward business and we plan on staying here for a long time. It suits us just fine.
