We are based over in Shiv Shakti Nagar, right on Kanadiya Road here in Indore. If you know where the Bank of Maharashtra is at Bengali Square, we are just a short walk from there. Aph Jobs Consultants is basically just our small team working out of this office to help people find employment. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by stacks of resumes and job listings. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people who walk in and try to figure out where they might fit in the local job market. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s someone coming in to ask about vacancies. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what's out there. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten to know a lot of the local businesses around Indore. It's not a glamorous job, but it's what we do. We spend a lot of time checking references and making sure we understand what an employer is actually looking for. Sometimes we have to tell people a certain job isn't right for them, which isn't always fun, but it's part of the process. We just keep plugging away at it, one person at a time, trying to keep our records straight and our clients happy. It’s just us doing our bit to help the community find work.
