Ankit Collection

Ankit Collection is located right in the middle of the chaos at Novelty Market on Jail Road. We are up on the 2nd floor, in shop number 201. If you've ever been to Novelty Market, you know how busy it gets. There are people everywhere and constant noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our shop is packed with stock from floor to ceiling. It might look a little disorganized to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend most of our days helping people who climb up the stairs to see us. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when the market is full, it still gets a bit warm inside. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen many shops come and go. Jail Road is a landmark in itself, and being in Novelty Market means we are right in the heart of the trade. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. You just have to find the right staircase and head up to the second floor. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, face to face. We drink a lot of tea and talk to our neighbors while waiting for customers. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life, and we are happy to be part of the market community.
