Our office is on the second floor of Mohammedi Market in Siyaganj. It’s near Patel Bridge, which is a busy area with a lot of wholesale shops and people moving goods around. We’re at number 14. It’s not always easy for people to find us since we’re upstairs, but the locals know the way. Being in Siyaganj means we deal with a lot of traders and people who are traveling for business. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and old files. It gets a bit noisy with the market downstairs, but you get used to it after a while. We spend most of our time coordinating with different transport providers to make sure our clients get their tickets. It’s a lot of manual work, writing things down and making calls to confirm timings. We aren't a big agency with a lot of staff; it's just a few of us making sure things run as they should. Sometimes the bridge traffic makes it hard for people to reach us on time, but we usually stay open a bit late if someone is coming from far away. We’ve been in this market for years and have seen it change quite a bit. It’s a practical place to work, even if it’s a bit cramped. We just keep things moving for the people who need to travel.
