If you head down to Khajrana Main Road and look for the Suniket building, you will find us at units 161 and 162. We have been in the Shrinagar Extension for a good while now. It is a busy part of the city, and there are always cars and bikes zooming past our front door. At Allo-Ayur Formulations, we spend most of our days mixing different things and dealing with various formulations. Some days the whole place smells like herbs and other days it is a bit more like a lab. We are not a massive factory out in a field somewhere. We are right here in the middle of everything. The office stays pretty crowded with boxes and supply shipments coming in and out. We try our best to keep things organized, but it gets a bit messy when we are busy. Our staff has been here a long time, so we all know the routine by heart. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on getting the bottles filled and the orders sent out to whoever needs them. It is a lot of manual work, like checking labels and making sure the lids are on tight. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a real mess, but we still manage to get the work done. It is just a normal job for all of us.
