Agrawal Cotton Private Limited

Agrawal Cotton Private Limited is located at Shop No. F-9 in the Iskripa Market. This is part of the 111 Janki Nagar area. It is a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. Being in a market like Iskripa means you are always surrounded by other shopkeepers and customers. There is a lot of chatting and tea drinking while we discuss the cotton prices for the day. We mostly deal with the buying and selling of cotton loads, so there is always a ledger open on the desk and a phone ringing. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every inch of space for storage and samples. It can get quite hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the market, but we just pull the shutter halfway down and keep working. Janki Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is never a dull moment outside the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who come to our shop. Some days the market is slow and we just sit and talk, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch because it is so hectic. It is just the way it goes when you run a shop in a place like this. We've been here for a while and know most of the faces around the market.
