Aakriti Industrial Cutters

Our workshop is located at 2/C in Kailash Park, right near Geeta Bhawan. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always the sound of engines or tools in the background. We make and sharpen industrial cutters here. It’s a lot of grinding and checking edges to make sure they’re right. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings by the afternoon. We have a few machines that have been with us for years, and they still do the job just fine. It’s a bit hot in the summer because the ventilation isn't great, but we’re used to it. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or nice furniture; the office is just a desk with a lot of blueprints and old invoices on it. Most of our clients are other businesses nearby who need their tools fixed or replaced. We just do the work as it comes in. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We get the blades ready, package them up, and wait for the next batch. Sometimes we have a tea break and just sit by the open door to catch a breeze. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Nothing flashy about the place, just a lot of steel and hard work every day. We just try to keep the machinery running and our customers happy with the sharpening.
