Tilak Nagar is just around the corner too. We’ve been running this travel business from here for a while. Old Palasia is a nice area, a bit more established than other parts of Indore. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our maps and booking logs. We deal with all sorts of travel requests. Some people want to go far away, others just need a ride to the next town. We try to keep track of everything on our desks. It gets a little messy sometimes with all the paper, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a giant staff or a call center. When you call, you usually get one of us directly. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and hotels. That's just part of the day. Sometimes things go smooth, sometimes there’s a delay, but we just deal with it. People in the neighborhood know us. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Sun View Residency is a steady place to work from. We’re just here to help folks get their trips sorted without making things too complicated. It’s just a normal office job for us.
