9.8 Ventures Llp

9.8 Ventures Llp is located in Flat 502, over in Block C of Kalyan Sampat Garden. Working out of an apartment complex has a different feel than a regular office block. It’s a bit quieter, and you get to know the security guards and the neighbors pretty well. We’ve set up our workspace in the main rooms, and it serves us well for the kind of work we do. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for our small group to get together and hammer out our plans. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table talking through what needs to happen next. There’s always a bit of laundry hanging on someone's balcony nearby or the sound of kids playing downstairs, which keeps things feeling grounded. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big lobby. It’s just a doorbell and a wooden door like any other flat in the building. Inside, we have our files and our gear, and we just work through our daily list. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the actual tasks. We’ve been here for a while and don't really see a reason to move yet. It’s a comfortable spot that feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We like the homey atmosphere because it makes the stress of work much easier to handle.
