Shri Ram Clinic

We are located out on Budhpura Road in Dabi, which is in the Bundi district. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here but we are right on the main stretch of road. Shri Ram Clinic is just a simple building that we’ve been using for our work for a long time. We don't have many rooms, just enough to do what we need to do each day. The area around us is fairly open, so we get a lot of sun during the day through the front windows. We have a small porch area where people can wait if it gets crowded inside the small room. The inside is plain with white walls and a few charts pinned up here and there to look at. We keep our tools and medicines in a locked cabinet in the corner. Most of the people who come to see us are from the local villages or they are traveling along Budhpura Road and need to stop. We don't have a big staff, usually just one or two of us here to keep things running. It’s a quiet way to spend the day, watching the cars and trucks go by on the road. We make sure to keep some water for anyone who is thirsty when they arrive. It’s not a fancy medical center, just a local clinic doing its part in the Dabi area. We close up when the sun goes down because the road gets pretty dark at night.
