You can find Technology Icon on the third floor of the Gambhir Singh Arcade, which is right on BT Road. It’s No. 14 if you’re looking at the numbers. The arcade stays pretty busy, so there’s always a lot of noise and people moving around. We like being up on the third floor because it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We deal with all sorts of hardware and technical parts. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see motherboards and power cables sitting on the tables. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more like a workshop where things actually get built or repaired. We’ve been here at BT Road for a good while, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Our customers are mostly regulars who know we won’t give them a hard time. We just look at the problem and tell them what it’ll take to fix it. There’s no corporate script here. If the coffee machine is working, we’ll probably offer you a cup while you wait. We’re just regular people who happened to get really good at fixing and selling tech stuff. Sometimes the elevator in the arcade is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine. We keep the doors open and try to stay busy with whatever comes our way. The workspace isn't always perfectly tidy, but we know exactly where every component is kept. That's just how we work here.
