Tashi Interiors

Tashi Interiors is a small shop located in Singjamei. It’s a lively part of town, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our workspace is usually filled with scraps of material, samples, and the smell of sawdust or paint. It’s not a clean, sterile showroom like you might see in a magazine. It’s a place where work actually happens. We spend our days measuring things and trying to figure out how to make spaces look a bit better. We aren't much for fancy talk or trying to impress people with big words. We just talk to the people who walk in and see what they need for their homes. Singjamei has a lot of energy, and we feel like we are a part of that. Most of our tools are old but they still work perfectly fine. We don't see the point in replacing things just for the sake of it. Our team is small, mostly just family and a few helpers who have been with us forever. We don't have a big marketing budget or a website with shiny photos. We just rely on people seeing what we do and telling their friends. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, but it’s the only way we know. We just keep our heads down and keep building. If you're ever in Singjamei, you'll probably see us hauling something in or out of the shop door.
