We are located in Imphal, specifically at House No. 99 in Kangjabi Lampak Nagamapal. Working in Manipur is a unique experience compared to other parts of the country. At Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, our office is more of a home base for the various infrastructure projects we have scattered around the region. The streets around Nagamapal can be quite lively and narrow, so getting around takes a bit of patience. We don't have a polished corporate image; we are just a group of people trying to manage some pretty tough construction jobs. The terrain here can be difficult, and getting materials delivered sometimes takes longer than we'd like. Our office reflects that reality. It’s full of maps, logistics charts, and plenty of empty tea cups. We spend our days talking to contractors and trying to figure out how to get things done despite the local challenges. It’s a small operation here at the Imphal address, so things are pretty informal. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, we just sit around a table and hash out the problems of the day. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes it feels like we are constantly fighting against the clock. But we’ve been here for a while and we know how to handle the ups and downs of the job.
