Sesi

Our office for Sesi is over in Naoremthonj Samanj. It is a place that feels more like a neighborhood than a business district, which we actually prefer. The street isn't too wide, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you have a big car. We have a small team here, mostly local people who live not too far away. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We usually start our day by opening up the shutters and letting some air in. Inside, it’s just the usual office stuff—computers, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations. We’d rather just keep things simple and functional. Most of the day is spent handling requests and looking over documents. It’s the kind of work that requires a bit of patience and a steady hand. We talk to our neighbors quite a bit, mostly just saying hello when we go out to grab a snack or some lunch. We don’t have a big corporate manual telling us how to act. We just treat people like people and try to be helpful when we can. It’s a low-key operation, and that suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the work right in front of us. No fancy titles, just people working in Naoremthonj Samanj.
