Sanaa-Leibak Spices

We are located along the Langthabal Lep Road, specifically in Makha Leikai near the Info Vase. If you take the Mayai Lambi Road, you’ll find us easily enough. We work with spices, which is a big part of the food culture here. Our small workshop is where we dry, grind, and mix everything. It’s a very hands-on process. You can hear the sound of the grinders running throughout the day. The air is always thick with the smell of chili, turmeric, and ginger. It makes you sneeze sometimes if you aren't used to it. We aren't a giant factory. It’s mostly just family and a few neighbors who come in to help. We get our raw materials from the local markets and the farmers nearby. We don’t use any big marketing slogans or try to act like we’re a corporate giant. We’re just people who love good food and want to make sure the spices we sell are the same ones we’d use in our own kitchens at home. The building is simple, with just enough space for our bags and the machines. We spend our evenings packing everything into small bags for the local shops. It’s a lot of work, but seeing the finished product makes it worth it. We hope the flavors speak for themselves.
