We are located right across from the 2nd IRB Gate here in Laipham Khunou. Most days it’s pretty busy outside on Dinku Road with people moving around. Our place, Elan Job Aviation Training Institute And Consultancy, handles a lot of things related to getting people ready for jobs in the sky. We spend a lot of time talking to young folks who want to work on planes or at the airport. It’s not always easy work because there is a lot of paperwork and studying involved. We sit in the office and go over forms and teach about how things work in the aviation world. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud but we just keep at it. People come in asking about cabin crew stuff or how to get into ground handling. We try to explain what we know from our own experiences. It’s a small team here and we mostly just focus on getting through the daily tasks. It’s not a fancy setup but we have what we need. The building is easy to find if you know where the gate is. We’ve seen many people come through these doors hoping for a change in their career. We don’t make big promises, we just show them what needs to be done to get through the interviews. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fans keep us going. That’s pretty much us, just a local spot helping out with aviation dreams.
