We started Tomthinnganba Secureway Nidhi Limited right here at MK Paul’s place in Mayai Koibi Ningthoujam Leikai. It’s a small operation in Imphal West. Most people around here just call us by the shorter name. We handle basic financial stuff for the community. The office is tucked away in Khaplangba Leirak. It isn't a big fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular spot where neighbors can come in and talk. Sometimes the traffic in Imphal gets bad, but we are usually here on time. We've been around the 795001 area for a bit now. People know us as the local Nidhi group. We keep the paperwork straightforward because nobody likes long forms. It’s just us doing the daily work. If you walk past the main road, you’ll find the lane easily enough. We manage the accounts and help folks save a bit of their earnings. Most of our members are from the nearby streets. We don't have a giant marketing budget. Instead, we just focus on the people who walk through the door. It gets busy on Monday mornings. The tea shop nearby is where we usually grab a quick break. We handle the deposits and some small loans when folks need them. It's practical work. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just help out in our corner of Manipur. Being based in Khaplangba Leirak means we see the same faces every day, which is nice.
