The Suigeneris Inc.

We work out of The Suigeneris House, which is located in Kwakeithel Lamdong Leikai in Imphal (West). It’s a local place and the building is basically our second home. We call ourselves The Suigeneris Inc. and we stay busy with all sorts of daily operations. Imphal is a unique place to do business, and Kwakeithel is a community where everyone seems to know everyone else. Our office is set up simply. We don’t have fancy furniture or high-tech lobbies. We just have our work areas where we handle the day-to-day tasks. The weather in Imphal can change pretty fast, so we’re always prepared for rain or heat. We spend a lot of time talking with people from the neighborhood and handling the various projects we have on our plate. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It feels more like a group of people coming together to get things done. We keep things straightforward and honest. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but that’s just part of living and working here. We’ve learned to be flexible. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so there’s a real sense of community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand in our little corner of Kwakeithel. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running smoothly, but we don't mind the hard work.
