Stuta Properties & Developers Llp is over in Imphal East, right near the Advance Hospital. Our office is in the Porompat Palace Compound, just across from the Obs Club. It’s a well-known area, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us. Being near the hospital means the roads stay busy, and there’s always something going on nearby. We spend our days looking at plots of land and figuring out how to make things fit. It’s a lot of walking around in the dirt and checking on how the walls are coming up. We aren't the type to wear suits; you'll mostly find us in boots and old shirts, covered in a bit of dust. The palace compound is a nice place to be based, even if it gets a bit crowded during the peak hours. We keep our plans and tools in a small space that we’ve made our own over the years. Building in Porompat-East means knowing the local soil and how the drainage works, which is something we’ve learned the hard way after a few big storms. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we will put in the hours and get the bricks laid. It’s steady work, and we like being part of the growth in this part of Imphal. Sometimes we stop by the club across the street after a long shift just to get out of the sun for a bit.
