Shor Foundation

Shor Foundation is based out of a local spot in Sabantongba. We are at the place of Sanasam Suchitra Devi in Mayai Leikai. It is a quiet area most of the time, and we like it that way. It’s not one of those big office buildings in a city center. Instead, we are tucked away in the neighborhood. Usually, there are kids playing nearby or neighbors stopping by to say hello while they run errands. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or high-tech gear in the office. Just some simple desks and chairs and people who care about what they are doing. Being in Sabantongba means we see the same faces every day. It makes the work feel more real when you actually know the people living around you. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the room, especially when everyone shows up at once, but we manage just fine. We started Shor Foundation because we saw a need for something like this right here in our area. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just focusing on our little corner. Most of us have lived in this part of the country our whole lives. We understand the local problems because we face them too. It is a simple setup we have here. We don't spend much time on websites or social media. We would rather be working. If you come by, you might have to ask a neighbor for directions since we aren't flashy. That is just how things are here in Mayai Leikai.
