Our office is in Phowaibi Village, right at Senapati House No. 1. It’s a quiet spot, which is actually pretty good for an education and management setup. Being out here in Phowaibi means we aren't in the middle of a crowded city, so things move a bit slower, and we like it that way. Most of the people who come by are from nearby homes. We handle a lot of the paperwork and planning that goes into local education programs. It’s just a few of us working here most days of the week. We try to stay organized, even though the village life can be a little unpredictable at times with the weather and all. The building is a regular house, so it doesn't look like some big corporate office from the outside. Inside, we have our desks and some files stacked up in the corner. We spend a lot of time talking to families and students about what they need for their schooling or how to manage their studies better. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the kids and the older students have a place to get advice. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch if the weather is nice. It’s a simple operation, really. We’ve been part of this village for a while now, and everyone knows where to find us if they have a question about their education path. We keep the doors open and try to be useful.
