Kounu Construction Private Limited

Kounu Construction Private Limited is tucked away in Patsoi-Sub Division, specifically at Crpflangjing, Part-Iv. We share the space with Nameirakpam Tomba Meitei. It’s a bit of a trek out here compared to the center of town, but we like the space it gives us to store materials. The area around Langjing is usually pretty busy with the CRPF presence, but our day-to-day is mostly focused on whatever building project we have going on at the moment. We deal with a lot of local stuff, helping people put up walls or fix their roofs. The crew is mostly made up of guys from the surrounding villages who know how to handle a shovel and a trowel. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby; you usually just find us by the stacks of rebar and cement bags sitting out front. Sometimes the weather makes the roads out here a bit muddy, which makes moving the heavy trucks a challenge. We just take it as it comes. There’s no point in stressing over a little rain or a delayed delivery. We’ve been working out of this Patsoi location for a while now, and everyone knows where to find us if they need some help with a foundation or a structure. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
