Khangembams Construction is located in Village No. 59, Oinam Thingel, in the Imphal West district. We operate out of the home of Yurembam ongbi Yumshangbi Devi. We are a small, local construction business and we don't try to be anything else. We handle various building projects around our village and the surrounding areas of Imphal West. We don't have a big staff or a fancy office setup. It’s just us and a few workers who know what they’re doing. Construction is hard work, and we spend most of our time dealing with the reality of it—moving materials, managing the site, and making sure things are built right. We’ve lived in Oinam Thingel for a long time, so our reputation is important to us. We don't use any of that corporate language or marketing talk because it doesn't feel right. We are just people who know how to build and we work hard at it. Sometimes the supplies are late or the plans change, but we just adapt and keep going. We don’t have a big mission; we just want to do our jobs and take care of our families. If you come by our place, you’ll see we are just regular folks. We don’t pretend to be a big city firm. We’re just a local crew doing building work in our own community.
