Ima-Emoinu Private Limited

We run a little place called Ima-Emoinu Private Limited, and you might know it better as the Emoinu Food Hut. It is located on Park Road, and Longjam Babasana Singha is the one who looks after things here. It is basically a small food spot where we make various dishes and items for people passing by. We chose the name because it means a lot to us culturally here in the region. The hut itself is not very big, but it is always busy with something going on. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area, which is where most of the work happens. It gets quite hot and crowded in there, especially during the lunch hours when people come in from the park or the nearby offices. We don't have a big menu or anything fancy, just the stuff we know how to make well. It’s a very hands-on business. We buy our ingredients fresh and try to get everything ready before the morning rush starts. Park Road is a good spot because there is always some movement. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant or anything like that. We just want to provide decent food and keep the hut running smoothly. It is a simple life of cooking and serving, and that suits us just fine. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door and what they are looking for.
