Our small office is tucked away here in Imphal, right in the 795001 zip code area. We don’t have a big flashy sign or anything, but people find us well enough when they need to get somewhere. Most days start with a cup of tea and checking what needs to be done for the upcoming week. It’s a lot of typing names into systems and making sure the dates are right on everyone’s tickets. Imphal can be a busy place, and the streets around here are usually full of people going about their business. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s familiar to everyone. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the chairs have been here for years, but they work just fine for what we do. We handle a lot of phone calls from people asking about prices or if there are any seats left on the bus. It’s not a complicated life, just honest work helping people move from one place to another. Sometimes it gets stressful when schedules change at the last minute, but we just do what we can to fix it. We know the local routes pretty well since we live here too. Usually, we are out the door by the time the sun starts going down, ready to do it all again the next day. It’s just us doing our part in the neighborhood and keeping things moving.
