Even though the name sounds a bit modern, we are pretty traditional in how we actually work. Construction is still about getting your hands dirty and making sure the walls are straight. Our office in Deulahland is where we keep all the files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window. We don't have a big reception area or a secretary. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us sitting at a desk covered in notes. We try to keep things organized, but when you're managing builds, it gets messy. We like the location because it’s easy to get to different parts of East Imphal from here. We don't do much marketing or fancy stuff. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and where we are located. We take the job seriously but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. It’s just us, a few computers, and a lot of site visits. If the door is open, we are usually inside drinking tea and looking at a budget. We've lived in Manipur a long time, so we know how to get things done here.
