We are located over in Imphal, specifically at Keishamthong Hodam Leirak. It’s a quiet part of Manipur but we stay pretty busy with Crossroad Logistics. The office is a simple place where we handle all the logistics stuff for this region. Moving things in and out of Imphal isn't always easy because of the terrain and the roads, but we’ve been doing it for a while. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; it’s just a local spot where we can get the work done. You’ll usually find a couple of us here drinking tea and checking the manifests. We talk to a lot of drivers who are coming through with goods. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure everything is where it should be. We don't really bother with fancy marketing or big promises. We just tell people when their stuff will arrive based on what the roads look like that day. The weather can be a bit unpredictable here, which sometimes changes our plans, but we just adapt. Our neighbors in the Leirak are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a straightforward business. We move cargo, we track it, and we make sure the people waiting for it get what they need. It’s just a few of us working together to keep things running in this part of India.
