Aruna Travels Pvt. Ltd. is located right in Paona Bazar, which is one of the busiest parts of Imphal. We are situated near the Electricity Department, so it’s a landmark that everyone around here knows. Being in the heart of the bazar means there is always something going on outside our windows. It's crowded, noisy, and full of life, which is exactly how we like it. We’ve been running this travel office for quite some time now. We don’t have a fancy website with a lot of marketing fluff. Most people just walk in while they’re doing their shopping in the 795001 area. We help with tickets and travel plans, and we try to be as practical as possible about it. Our office is a bit small and sometimes it gets a little messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in India; we’re just happy being a reliable local spot for the people of Imphal. Sometimes the power goes out, or the traffic makes it hard for people to reach us, but that’s just life in Paona Bazar. We take things as they come and don’t make any grand claims. We’re just a group of regular people working in a busy market, trying to help our neighbors get from one place to another. It’s hard work, but it’s honest and it keeps us busy.
