Rk Rose Construction Design Anddevelopers (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Khurai Chingangbam Leikai. We operate out of a space care of S. Inaoba Singh. It’s a local spot, not some high-rise office in the middle of a city. We like it that way because we stay close to the actual work. Most days involve sketching out some designs or checking on a development somewhere nearby. We keep the office pretty basic. There are some chairs, a few big tables for drawings, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Khurai is a good place to be based. It feels more like a community than a business district. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough. We don't really do the whole corporate talk thing. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. Sometimes we’re out in the field all day and the office stays locked up. Other times, we are stuck inside doing the math. It’s a mix. If you’re looking for us, just head toward Khurai Chingangbam Leikai. It is a familiar area for us and we’ve been around here for a while. We don't have any big plans to move or change. We just want to keep building and designing things for the folks around here. It is a simple life and we like the work we do every day.
